OUR WARRANTY & RETURNS
Used and refurbished products carry a 1 year warranty. AH Tech Solutions warranty does not cover new equipment. All new equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. AH Tech Solutions warranty only pertains to the physical operating condition of the unit, such as D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) units or a unit’s failure to meet manufacturer specifications. No software or licenses are included unless stated explicitly. Warranty does not cover misuse and/or damage due to improper installation and/or operation of the equipment.
All sales are final. Only defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange. All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please use the following directions to return a defective product.
Make sure unit is still within the 1 year warranty period. Contact your sales representative and state the issue with the unit and provide the following information: purchase order number, date of purchase, serial number of the unit, error codes, and error logs. Failure to provide the above can result in a delay in the issuance of an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
If approved for return, a RMA number will be issued along with a RMA form. The RMA form MUST be signed and faxed back before we can perform an exchange or refund. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after issuance. Defective items must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of RMA number.
The defective unit must be shipped back to AH Tech Solutions with all items shipped to customer, i.e. rack mounts, power cords, static bags and other materials that were received with the unit. Failure to do so may result in a delay of refund and/or exchange.
Refunds are available only on items that AH Tech Solutions cannot replace in a timely manner.
RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please use the following directions to return a non-defective product.
Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions.
Contact your sales representative and state reason for the return and provide the following information: purchase order number, date of purchase and the serial number of the unit. Failure to provide the above can result in a delay in the issuance of a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. If approved for return, a RMA number will be issued along with a RMA form.
